The Nexus Score is a 0–100 composite index built from HRV, autonomic state, sleep architecture, and resting heart rate. It maps to 7 readiness bands and determines the intensity, modalities, and duration of every session.

A spa offers subjective relaxation with no baseline measurement. Nexus Care measures your physiology before and after every session, generates a personalised protocol from your Nexus Score, and gives you a quantified delta as proof of recovery.
